A military jacket that wears the history of the cold winter of Berlin just after the war──
This is an M-51 field parka (real) from the early 1950s. It is a real used masterpiece that wears the air of the generation that went through WWI - WWII. Size is X-SMALL.

This item is believed to have once been worn by a WWII veteran soldier when stationed in Berlin, and comes with an actual U.S. Army patch (rank insignia + unit insignia) on the left sleeve. This piece of clothing, which would have been worn in the frigid cold of Germany and in days with strong winds, testifies to the atmosphere of the times with its construction, materials, and specifications of the time.

The M-51 was officially adopted for the Korean War in 1951, and was later adopted by the U.S. Army stationed in Europe. It is also known to have become the root of the later "Mod Coat" culture.

This item also bears the traces of many years of use in postwar Europe, with fading, scuffs, stains, and repair marks. These are not flaws, but rather the charm of vintage clothing, embodied as "proof of a living history.

The front zipper is made of metal of those days and works well. The hood, hem drawcord, inside waist adjustment, and other original gimmicks are all still in place.

About the patch on the left sleeve:
