This is a Tiger Stripe shirt, the last pattern of the South Vietnamese Marine Corps (VNMC) from the early 1970s. It has a Thai stamp, but there is no record of it being used by the Thai military, and it was probably stamped by someone on an item that was distributed after the Vietnam War. Of special note is the size.

The fabric is in a highly used condition with lots of fading. It is cut like a U.S. Army jungle fatigues, with four pockets and an adjuster on the back. This tiger stripe was active in the most end of the Vietnam War. This pattern is the only Tiger Stripe made of ripstop fabric during the war, and is especially rare in large sizes.
