This is a precise reproduction of the gold tiger stripe design, believed to have been manufactured around 1968–1969. From the fabric used for the reissue to the sewing, we have analyzed every aspect of the original and recreated it in Japan, just as it was back then. This is the first precise reissue from MILITARIA 1911. It’s our first release in a while since the 2023 re-release.

The shirt reproduces the classic cut, featuring two chest pockets and a bandage pocket sewn onto the left sleeve. All measurements were taken precisely from an original US-cut shirt. Following the original cutting methods, we have reproduced the patterns used on the front and back as closely as possible to the original. This is the ultimate reproduction, faithfully recreating the texture of the fabric and the quality of the stitching to the greatest extent possible.

Like the original, our fabric will fade and gradually turn yellow over time. You may not notice it immediately, but with repeated use, washing, and exposure to sunlight, the fabric will age naturally. While the fabric changes over time, this is not a product defect. We inspect all items, but in the unlikely event of a defect, we will verify the issue and offer a replacement with an equivalent item or a refund.

*The product photo shows the first batch released in 2022. The fabric and stitching quality are equivalent. Please note that there may be individual variations, such as the placement of the camouflage pattern.You cannot choose the placement of the camouflage pattern.

*Our cotton fabric shrinks. It shrinks 1% in width and 6% in length. While the length will shrink, it will not shrink to the point where the garment becomes difficult to wear. If you are concerned, gently stretching the fabric while it is wet will help minimize shrinkage.
